We weren't expecting much from the bus tour, thinking we'd just visit some sights and check in. However, the entire trip exceeded our expectations. Our tour guide, Hao, was incredibly friendly and considerate, always taking everyone's needs into consideration. The guides in Rome and Venice were also excellent, allowing us to see everything we wanted to see, enjoy delicious local cuisine, and even take the boat rides we wanted. While the price wasn't cheap, it was truly worth the price. Next time we visit a new place, if KaiYuan has one, we'll definitely consider it. Oh, and by the way, my daughter left her DSLR at the hotel, and Hao actively helped us find a colleague who could bring it back to Germany. Ultimately, we opted to have the hotel ship it directly to our home, but thank you for your help.

Thank you to our guide, Wang Hefei, for his thoughtful and caring work throughout the trip. He managed our schedule well, provided professional and engaging narration, and was attentive to us elderly people. He was also very friendly and welcoming to everyone else. What impressed me most was that he went out of his way to contact a gas station on the Italian highway, and he actually found my smartphone, which I had dropped in the bathroom.
