This tour is good, but the hotel has no air conditioning or fans after visiting Sri Lanka, which is uncomfortable in summer. Also, this tour does not include meals. The tour guide should have told us in advance and clearly where we can buy food. We had a headache in the first few days to find food.
Also, we came from abroad to join the tour. When we signed up, we asked many times whether we could stay in the hotel for one night and whether we could join the tour at the hotel. The travel agency could not reply immediately. It was confirmed 5 days before the tour. This is not feasible for us to join the tour from abroad. If you say no, we will not have enough time to find a hotel. I hope your agency will consider this.
There is also the problem of airport pick-up. There is no sign-holding service. The pick-up person picks people up at the boarding place. We waited for a long time when we arrived. If we exceed the time, do we have to pay extra? It’s not our fault!
