However, this time, the Nordic Pearl Tour Group, led by tour guide Peng Chao, had a very compact and reasonable itinerary, a classic route, and a wonderful combination of cultural and natural attractions, giving people a perfect visual enjoyment. The overall experience is far better than other KaiYuan bus groups. The tour guide Mr. Peng Chao is young, energetic, hardworking, and very friendly. His extremely detailed explanation of the attractions and his melodious singing along the way left a deep impression on all of our group members. In addition to the necessary explanation of the attractions, he tirelessly introduced us to the local customs and customs of various places on the bus every day, repeatedly explaining the history, culture, art, development, changes of various countries and cities, as well as various precautions and small tips during the tour. This young guide Peng is better than other tour guides in that he not only manages the itinerary, but also cares about our lives and pays attention to details. For example, on the bus, he repeatedly emphasized the importance of environmental sanitation, gave each group member a garbage bag, and asked everyone to put the garbage in the garbage bag. Then he collected the garbage from everyone every noon and evening, so that our bus was as clean as the first day after seven days of use, so that we had a clean and comfortable environment from beginning to end. Everyone knows that the consumption in Northern Europe is high. Before he set off, he asked everyone to buy the necessary food and mineral water. During the tour, he would also reasonably recommend meals from various countries, which were absolutely economical, distinctive, and cost-effective. On the last day, he also organized a group meal so that everyone could eat the best Chinese food with the least money. In order to make the long car ride not tiring or boring, Tour Guide Peng prepared interesting discs for everyone to enjoy. When we arrived at the hotel, he used his own kettle to boil water for us so that we could drink tea and make instant noodles. From these details in all aspects, I can see that a professional tour guide always considers tourists, has patient and meticulous qualities and personal charm. On the last day of the group, many tourists reluctantly said goodbye to Tour Guide Peng, and everyone became friends. In addition, our bus driver Mario and trainee tour guide Mr. Zhang are also very good, and they should be praised here.
