Registration Requirements & Liability Rules:
To protect your interests, please read these rules carefully. These terms constitute an essential part of the travel contract between the traveler and the Agency. We reserve the right to interpret all content on this website.
(1) Booking Process & Precautions
By submitting an order, you confirm that you have read and fully agreed to all terms published on our website and in the order confirmation. Any consequences resulting from a violation of these terms shall be borne by the traveler.
1. Accuracy of Information: Please ensure all details (Name, Gender, Passport No., Contact Info, Room Type) are accurate. The Agency is not liable for losses caused by incorrect information provided during booking.
2. Payment Policy: 100% of the tour fare must be paid within 5 working days of booking. For last-minute bookings (within 5 days of departure), immediate payment is required to secure seats and rooms. Please send your payment receipt (e.g., bank transfer screenshot) via email/fax with your order number. Failure to pay on time may result in order cancellation without notice.
3. Tour Confirmation: A formal "Departure Notice" (containing guide contact info and final itinerary) will be sent to your registered email 3 days before departure. If you do not receive it due to spam filters, please contact us immediately.
4. Room Arrangements: Room types are assigned based on your request. However, during peak seasons or due to uncontrollable factors, changes may occur. If a participant provides the wrong gender or room type during booking, any additional costs for adjustments on-site will be borne by the traveler.
5. Special Groups (Seniors/Minors/Pregnancy):
* Seniors (60+): Must be accompanied by a family member and sign a health declaration.
* Minors: Must be accompanied by at least one adult who assumes full guardianship duties.
* Pregnancy: Must be disclosed at booking. Participation is not recommended after 24 weeks. The Agency reserves the right to decline bookings based on health safety assessments.
6. Personal Responsibility: Travelers with pre-existing medical conditions (severe or infectious) must disclose them truthfully. The Agency is not responsible for medical expenses or losses incurred due to personal health issues during the trip.
(2) Tour Fees
What’s Included:
* Luxury air-conditioned coach or specified transportation.
* Star-rated hotel accommodation with breakfast (Except for 1-day tours).
* Professional Chinese-speaking tour guide services.
What’s NOT Included:
* Service tips for drivers and guides.
* Lunches, dinners, and personal snacks.
* Attraction tickets, optional tours, and bridge/toll fees.
* Personal expenses (laundry, phone calls, beverages, excess baggage).
* Travel insurance (Medical, Life, and Baggage insurance).
* Additional costs due to Force Majeure (weather, strikes, traffic delays, vehicle breakdowns).
