The first seven days were mainly in Italy. Guide Hao was meticulous and thoughtful, with a well-planned itinerary. Despite the large group, she organized everyone effectively, ensuring a smooth and efficient day. Her natural, sincere, and down-to-earth attitude made us feel comfortable, like friends. Her calm and organized style gave us peace of mind. The entire trip was smooth and enjoyable.
The following four days, Guide Lu took us to several countries. She always explained the unique characteristics of each country and city in detail, leaving a deep impression. She was also very humorous, explaining the stories behind each attraction in a simple, easy-to-understand, and engaging way. My children, who grew up abroad, don't speak much Chinese, but they listened attentively to Guide Lu's explanations and learned a lot, achieving the goal of learning while traveling. She was also very attentive, arranging the buffet meals well. She was also very enthusiastic, caring for everyone in the group. She always helped take photos for solo travelers and for families. Everyone was very grateful.

Five-star review! This trip, a loop tour of Germany, France, and Italy (BY030626), from June 3rd to 9th, encompassing France, Switzerland, Italy, and Morocco, was a perfect experience overall. My biggest thank you to our tour guide, Yao Qun! With years of experience in Europe, Yao is fluent in Chinese, English, and French, and her explanations of the history and culture of each country are detailed and engaging. She meticulously cared for each member of the group throughout the trip, providing travel tips, handling tax refunds, and translating smoothly. She handled any problems promptly and effectively, and was gentle, patient, and responsible.
